COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS
We are responsible to the Customer for any product defects in line with the Polish Civil Code.
To make a complaint, please follow the steps:
STEP 1: Please fill in the COMPLAINT FORM including at least following information:
- date of Sales Contract / products receipt
- date on which the defect was discovered
- name, surname, address of Customer,
- name, symbol, quantity of products
- defect / problem / damage description
- in case of damaged or broken products –scan of the complaint protocol provided by the carrier while picking up the parcel.
STEP 2: Send he complaint form to reklamacje@dreweks.eu. Once we have the form we will confirm it to you.
STEP 3: In some of the cases we may need the products to investigate your complaint. We will inform you about the fact in an e-mail. Please return the products only upon our explicit request.
STEP 4: We will inspect your complaint within 14 days after receiving the complaint form (or products if required) and reply to your e-mail with the outcome.
Please note that the purchased Product may differ in terms of appearance (e.g. color of the Product, the proportions of the Product) from the images displayed on the Shop’s website. Differences resulting from natural attributes of wood or hardware settings do not constitute grounds for the complaint of the purchased Product.
