Returns and complaints - dreweks.eu

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you are a consumer from the perspective of Polish Civil Code – which means you bought our products as an individual (not a company) for your individual use (for the purpose not involving the occupation or a business), you can return the products within 14 days after deliver. But please remember that the returned products will only be accepted by the Seller if they are complete, unused and undamaged. All returns are subject to inspection.

To return the products, please follow the steps:

STEP 1:  Fill in a return form. You can download the form HERE. The form should include: 

  • date of Sales Contract / products receipt
  • name, surname, address of Customer,
  • name, symbol, quantity of purchased Products
  • receipt/invoice should be attached.

STEP 2: Send he return form to reklamacje@dreweks.eu. Once we have the form we will confirm it to you.

STEP 3: Send back all the products that you would like to return to

Please make sure that the products are sent back not later than 14 days after sending the return form. Otherwise the return may not be accepted.

STEP 4: After inspecting the returned products we will return your money using the same channel as during the original payment for the order. The processing of the money refund may take up to 2-3 weeks. Any shipping charges from the order will not be refunded.

COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS

We are responsible to the Customer for any product defects in line with the Polish Civil Code.

To make a complaint, please follow the steps:

 an indication of the date on which the defect was discovered, the Customer details, brief description of the defect and its pictures

STEP 1:  Please fill in the COMPLAINT FORM and  

  • date of Sales Contract / products receipt
  • date on which the defect was discovered
  • name, surname, address of Customer,
  • name, symbol, quantity of products
  • defect / problem / damage description
  • pictures if possible

STEP 2: Send he complaint form to reklamacje@dreweks.eu. Once we have the form we will confirm it to you.

STEP 3: In some of the cases we may need the products to investigate your complaint. We will inform you about the fact in an e-mail. Please return the products only upon our explicit request.

STEP 4: We will inspect your complaint within 14 days after receiving the complaint form (or products if required) and reply to your e-mail with the outcome.

Please note that the purchased Product may differ in terms of appearance (e.g. color of the Product, the proportions of the Product) from the images displayed on the Shop’s website. Differences resulting from natural attributes of wood or hardware settings do not constitute grounds for the complaint of the purchased Product.
