RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

A buyer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code may withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate declaration within 14 days. It is sufficient to send the declaration before the above deadline.

The 14-day period is counted from the moment the goods are delivered to the Buyer at the address indicated by them in the order form.

Upon receiving the Buyer’s declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration to the Buyer's email address or provide it by phone.

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the contract is considered void. The goods should be promptly returned in their original condition to the Seller's address: DREWEKS sp. z o.o. Białka 642, 34-220 Maków Podhalański. The cost of returning the goods to the Seller is borne by the Buyer.

The Seller will promptly, no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, refund the payment due for the returned items to the Buyer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer unless the Buyer requests a different method of refund, provided that this method does not impose any additional costs on the Seller.

COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS

We are liable to the customer for product defects in accordance with the Civil Code.

To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

STEP 2: Submit the Complaint Form.

STEP 3: In some cases, we may need products to process the complaint. We will inform you in an email. Please return the products only upon our express request.

STEP 4: We will process your complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint form (or products, if required) and respond to your email with the result.
